I Started Talking To Strangers Again…

For years we are told to be careful of strangers so we listen as children. Through the years we always have this thought subconsciously in the rear of our minds. Then we become adults, and we are cautious of others and for many reasons it makes sense. Tonight while driving home I met a man briefly named Kenneth. I asked him blindly…Do you mind if I ask you a personal question? He looked at me and said with a sideways face. “I guess not.” I then decided to ask “If you can change anything in the world…what would it be?” He said to me he would change computers. At first I thought he meant the one he was currently using to create the transaction we were creating so I laughed briefly. Then I stopped and realized he had had this question in his mind recently because he was a bit stunned that I asked him. He said computers made us different. We used to be alot more real. At this time I realized that Kenneth had figured out the foundation that I had been looking for myself in so many things. I thanked him for his thoughts. He said no problem at all. I could tell he was quite happy to have shared the thought so I asked him what is number two? He told me immediately cost of living. If he could change anything secondly it would be the cost of living. I think it’s a great thing to hear these perspectives from Kenneth tonight. It really gives me a happier perspective to have shared my questions with him. So I ask YOU…where would we be without computers and also without a inflated cost of living? The answer to that question is not where we are today. Thank you for reading. ~ Kevin Ste Marie.

We can learn from everyone and everyone starts off as a stranger. We all have value. We all have a meaning…and the more we connect to it we will learn it is better for humanity as a whole.
