The Pandemic Phase – I
The Pandemic Phase – Thoughts While Dealing With The Coronavirus
Earlier today I took a moment to listen to a couple of videos about the “viral” issue we are all facing today. This situation has touched people in so many ways and it will continue to test patience in so many people.
As this happens I figured I would take the time to share some things I feel could possibly help with the rehabilitation of some during this phase we are going through. I take at least 30 minutes daily to personally reflect on the “day” and in the last week I think we should consider thinking about one of these reflections of why we may be dealing with this issue at this time.
Today when someone says the term “Faith” I see people react mainly because it’s all some people know but to others the word can mean something totally different. I think our stubbornness of “knowing” sometimes gets in the way of our purposes sometimes. We all will learn something after this “viral” pandemic and I believe the first is truly what we are made of. Survival for many of us has not been difficult but many of us will learn this lesson after the days are behind us.
I also believe that we may learn what is truly “essential” for us to survive. My grandmother only had what she needed to survive. If you gave her more I used to feel a sense of “too much” from her. Even though she was grateful for everything she had I grew up realizing that you have to set aside exactly what you need and knowing what goes in that box is essential. It was a valuable lesson that I learned from her that she never knew. And she was one of the most amazing people I have ever met.
Respect – I believe respect is in the lacking stages for sure today. One example is using gloves to protect ourselves from the germ that we fear then walking outside and disposing the germ filled gloves on the ground is really the most selfish thing a person can possibly do. This compromises the entire reasoning for self distancing. I mean realistically if we do this should we be distancing from our actual selves? Just a thought.
Conspiracy – As common sense gets narrower down a hole in the mind this week we may start to see videos and posts on social media that are coming at us like a shotgun. As many of us are getting cabin fever these videos may be enticing and some of the footage is agreeably interesting. But realistically have an open mind in the weeks to come… we will see many things and judgement should not be the first thing we jump towards. I see many people trying to find their “agree gangs” in comments to make others feel insecure about their expressions. People can feel however they are able during this time if you don’t agree… don’t think you “know all” because realistically you don’t have all of the answers either. I see many videos in research a week over 20 to 35 and have done so for about 7 years and I understand that the information is all not true and much of it should be taken with a grain of salt.
I always try to be mindful of anothers internal growth. For many posting it may be the only means of expression they have so be mindful of this.
Many of the posts I view from actual media outlets I really do not click on but I always know that so many do so. I will give my opinion of many who use the main stream media to get their news daily.
Clearly this section of daily life to me I feel is not a good one. This entire pandemic was derived by fear and making people feel fear based the same way the media strongly urges you to “be afraid” in a weather storm or evacuate in a hurricane with intensity.
Today we have to take a moment and think before reacting with so many frequencies and opinions and thoughts being flung at us constantly.
Personal Thoughts:
We are including a great focus based frequency below from Alius Publishing created last year. It is perfect for readers who are trying to enhance their reading ability. Just grab a book click play with headphones silently or allow it to play in the background. It is also perfect for people with writers block & maintaining strength in attention. Enjoy this one for 3 hours.
