What Are You Allowing To Control You?

What Are You Allowing To Control You?

Every night I reflect on my day and week ahead wondering if I am actually living the best life I can or if I am allowing my life to live me? It really is an interesting thought. If you sit and observe yourself daily what exactly would you think is mastering you… or would you think you are mastering your time? It really is a question of time. We get older daily so really are we mastering this time to our fullest potential? I often get asked if I ever sleep but the honest answer to people asking is: “I sleep very well.” I see sleep as an expression just as I do life.

I also monitor my time to make sure I am mastering that time to my fullest potential. I even have time penciled in to enjoy ice cream. Why? Because I love ice cream with chocolate, but as much as I love my weekly routines… I love my ice cream time the same.

I often wonder if other people think this way even though I stay focused and write just to remember that the way I am living now may not be the same in 5 years. I do however have an idea of what I will be doing in 5 years the same way that I scheduled the last 5 years.

Now, this is where I feel life becomes confusing for others. The only thing we cannot plan is spontaneous feelings others may throw at you, but it is up to us how we choose to allow another’s energy to affect us.

Daily we choose to wake up, we choose to drink or even prepare coffee. We choose what to wear and we even choose what we want to feel that morning. Our days are filled with choices. We even have the choice to be alone or not. This is where we start to fulfill many things that we cannot control like another grabbing the bathroom before us making us late in our normal routines. But once again we usually can choose to move forward and complete another task or to allow us to be angered by the occurrence.

The reason for all of this is to understand the next method of writing that we are about to start completing. This method is to truly understand that we actually may choose and have made the choice to have the lives we are in, to understand the theory to replace patterns or relativity with possible blocks or real love or possibly more meaningful projections in the future for our lives.

Is it possible? Yes, it is; all of it. But these theories are proven to us daily until we stop to wonder how it is that we can’t seem to answer these questions.

The answers are easy, but we have to want to learn. This is one of the largest issues with moving forward though…you have to ask yourself: “Am I really wanting to learn any more at this time or do I simply not.” Only the focussed make the choice and so far I believe the ratio is 1 out of 100 people.

Stay Tuned.
